Federal disaster

I am uncomfortable with Bush bashers. I lack respect for politicians and political parties regardless of beliefs who make every happening in the USA a political one. Katrina had nothing to do with politics. It happened. Local authorities were not thorough in evacuation procedures. Most did not belief the hurricane prediction. Federal authorities were equally as bad. Bush needed bashing.
But now. Let's stop equating every movement, thought, action, news report with political garbage. Let's accept the worlds' offers for help no matter what their political ideology, no matter what a country has done in the past. Let's stop assuming that we exist to make matters better throughout the world. Now we need the world to make our mess better.
